Gearbox Drive System
The cutter wheel is driven with an upper and lower gearbox eliminating any drive belts, sheaves, or bearings reducing maintenance costs. Engaging the cutter wheel is done by a switch on the radio remote which in turn activates a spring loaded clutch

16.25 gallon steel fuel tank and 12 gallon hydraulic tank with lockable filler caps and sight gauges are standard on the SG-75. These large fuel and hydraulic tanks reduce lost production time due to refueling and increasing the cooling capacity of the hydraulic system.
Remote Control/Tether
The Model SG-75 is standard with a radio remote control and tether back-up controlling all track and grinding functions.
Streamlined gearbox drive systems power either of two 27″ diameter cutter wheel options — a 1″ thick Bandit cutter wheel with 32 Green teeth, or a 1.25″ thick New Revolution wheel with 44 carbide teeth.
